There is no 'Luigi' model! Mini, Super Jolly, Major, Royal, Robur, etc are what's needed.
In Italy it is normal to write your surname first, then your first name. So the founder of the company was Mr Luigi Mazzer.
So for example, if he was Italian, Elton John would be written as John, Elton........ah, bad example.
ok let's use another example, the famous Australiam Supercar driver, Dougal McDougal. If he was in Italy , his name would be written a McDougal, Dougal! Ahhhhhhhhh.......forget it!!!!'

I've seen reference to a Mazzer Luigi a couple of times recently, whats the difference between a Mini and Luigi? there doesn't seem to be any reference to Luigi over at Coffee Parts.

Luigi=Mini? For that price might be better off to buy a used one.

    Certainly worth investigating.

    Yep...

The cost of repairs when using a (semi)commercial grinder over that of a dedicated home grinder, can be a bit higher but when compared against total cost of ownership, they're hard to beat...

If a button is cactus, then you're up for a bit more but still a lot less than $300+...

    Mal.

Bad luck Kurt, Coffee parts supply Mazzer grinders and spare parts https://www.coffeeparts.com.au/mazze...ectronic-parts

They have numerous timer cards listed between $260 and $330, pretty expensive I agree, then labour on top.
