      Thank you, absolutely agree, had no intention, but could not find the receipt, then started with simple things like cleaning and new burrs, and the rest was like like show ball.

          Hedgey as I see your online atm -
          Did you compare the old burr set with the new replacement set..
          side by side before replacing?
          If not can you do that now?

          Confirming all the above posts you should have no reason to disassemble the body / motor.
          All that should be required is remove top collar inspect grind chamber.
          and go from there.

            If you are in Melbourne we are more then happy to have a quick look at this for you.

            We have sold 100s of the M2Ms and they are an extremely reliable unit with very few if any issues.

            I am with Caffinator here, there would probably have been a good case to have this done under warranty given it is a one year old grinder. A shame you couldn't track down the place of purchase
