Second hand if you have room go for a doser ex cafe model like a Mazzer. These are amazing machines for quality grinding but aren't first tier as they have dosers. Second hand though you can get one for under 500.
If it were my money I would also consider the Eureka Silencio brand new. I had the Specialita and the Silencio is similar but no digital readout and slightly smaller burrs. Much quieter than the M2D and the M2D is quieter again than the Sette although the Sette is not the jet airliner taking off it used to be evidently. The Mignon Silencio is very quiet and highly regarded.

G'day
Sette 270W is a good option.
The Macap M2M is a bullet proof reliable option as well https://www.casaespresso.com.au/grinders/macap.html and always worth considering
Cheers

Some great, well maintained grinders available from the 4-Sale category that cost upwards of four times your budget to buy brand new and yet, your budget would allow you to purchase one of these...
