Hi All.
My Mini E has been chugging along with no problems for ages, Then the other day I got a lot of static. The grounds were flying everywhere, getting stuck in the chute, etc. I was using a roast that I'd cooked a little more than usual, and it was a bit oily. I tried another batch, and it was the same. I decided to do a bit of investigation, and discovered that the gound coffee was coming out the right side of the outlet, and the left was blocked:

The arrow points to where it was blocked. Note that a) I don't have the finger guard on, and b) with the left side blocked, most of the coffee was coming out and by-passing the static grid on its way.
I got a toothpick and loosened the compacted coffee on the left side, and the coffee then came out evenly. The static disappeared!
It has happened a couple of times since, and the solution worked.
Hope this helps others.
