  • Grinders for Turkish Coffee

Apologies if this topic has been covered already.

I am getting into my turkish coffee and looking for advice on grinders. I have a few questions:
    1. I have been told that it is best to avoid electric grinders as they heat the coffee up too much and a hand grinder is better, does someone have experience with this and can confirm or dismiss?
    2. Assuming a hand grinder is better, I am considering the following grinders and ask if anyone has experience using them to grind for turkish coffee and can share their thoughts:
      • Comandante C40 MK3
      • Kinu M47 Classic
      • ROK Coffee Grinder (Tabletop)
    Thank you
    Joseph

JMG just exploring the same question. Did you come up with any conclusions? Trying to figure out if an EK43 or EG-1 (both with standard burrs) will work well but it may be that hand grinders are recommended for some reason. All feedback would be gratefully received.
