Just received a Specialita, and am getting seasoning, dialling in, etc.
I'm interested to know where others are finding their espresso setting relative to zero'd burrs.
In other words, from the point where the burrs touch, how far back are you dialling to get into the espresso zone?
I'm curious because on mine, it is only a matter of a couple of digits on the scale (ie not even a full turn of the adjusting dial).
