Luckily scored a Niche Zero in the April arrival batch. Had to work from it though, 2AM wake-up and persevered until 2.30AM as the site caught up to the volume of users.
Anyway I've read much about seasoning the burrs. Was wondering if the Niche can handle having a KG or two of the supermarket variety dark roasts beans being run through it at once to get a baseline seasoning on it. Have any NZ owners done this, and if so, how did your machine hold up?
