    It is wired that I had no problem until
    now. Will try to get a bag of beans from the previous roster and see if it grinds fine enough without a shim. I wonder will different kinds of beans and rosting level preventing the grinder to grind finer🤔

    I did added a shim in and yes the grinder grinds finer but the taste is different completely. Also, even it slows down the flow, the coffee coming out looks different.

    I had the same issue with my Sette. You can try installing one of the provided shims to allow you to grind a bit finer

    Hi all,

    Today, I have a problem that I can’t work it out. I have a sette wi. It works fine for espresso until today I change to a new blend of coffee. The Problem is it doesn’t grind fine enough for espresso. I have no problem using other coffee until this new blend from a different roster. Is it the grinder or the beans which is the problem?
