Hi All.
Just bought a Sette 270wi second hand and unfortunately I’m having some issues with the grinder scale that I hope someone might be able to suggest a fix for.
I’m trying to dose out 19g into the provided bin as fitting 19g in the portafilter seems impossible per lots of other posts.
The readout is all over place, bouncing up and down over 10g almost straight away and when you see 19 on the display the grinder stops but then the scale settles and it’s only ground 5g, you can resume a couple of times before it enters burst mode but you still only end up at about 12g and bursting 7g is a pain.
Once the scale settles it seems accurate within 0.1 with my existing espresso scale it just seems to be that it isn’t able to accurately determine the weight while grinding, it doesn’t seem any louder or unstable than the Sette 30 I have so not sure what the issue is.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
