Sounds like you guys need a fondue machine not a niche

I'd love to hear from someone with the super jolly burrs because it's certainly true that some flat burrss will give you as much chocolate flavours as sone conical burrs. But that said I can still confirm that the niche is pretty hard to beat when it comes to those full bodied viscous chocolate flavour notes.

That sounds promising because i like chocolate tastes not too much dark chocotale.

The Niche has 63mm mazzer kony conical burrs so if you like the choc/dark roast flavors or even medium/dark then the niche is pretty darned good at bringing those flavors out even in milk drinks. I think you'd notice the difference for that style of coffee and the Niche is such good bang for bucks that I doubt you'd do any better (for that style of offee) even if you did spent 2000 on another grinder.

Would love to hear from others who have used the Niche for lighter roasts.

Thinking of changing my Mazzer Mini with super jolly 64mm burrs to a Niche Zero as we only make 2-3 milk coffees every day with our Tecknika V PID is there going to be much of a taste difference using medium roast specialty coffee blend or single origin.
Or i most likely not notice any difference in taste until i spend around $2000 on a grinder.
Working...
