Looks like a great little setup! All the basics there needed to make a coffee as good as any cafe kicking around and without breaking the bank.

For regular espresso, medium to dark roast with milk, I'm a huge fan of the mignon.

I've gone with the DF64 and absolutely love it's build and feel so far. The grinds are coming out fluffy and clump free. Will be getting the anti popcorn 3d printed by a friend. Just deciding on which declumping screen I want to go with.

I wouldn’t be worried about the niche it’s a great grinder for what you’re looking for.

Members like level3ninja and CleanFinish and EspressoAdventurer will be better qualified than me to comment on this. I'm more of a dark guy (espresso ?)

Congrats on the new machine. What style of drink do you like?
For example light roasted without milk or medium roasted long black or dark roasted latte etc?

Hello CS team!
My partner and I just picked up a Silvia V6 and need to decide on a grinder.
I've narrowed it down to 3 options, happy to hear what else you'd recommend over these but unfortunately the price needs to be below $1,000.
My trio of choice are,
1. Eureka Mignon Single Dose
2. Precision GSO
3. DF64
I'm leaning to the eureka for reliability and quality reasons.
We are only going to be grinding for espresso and don't have an interest in light roast, but you never know.
Initially I was going for the Sette 270wi but have seen too many people having issues.
Hopefully we can come to an agreement on which is the most ideal with your help.
