  • Flat burr hand grinder

Saw the following hand grinder at MICE yesterday.
One of the exhibitor told me that it’s the first flat burr hand grinder by Fiorenzato, named after Fiorenzato’s founder - Pietro.
However, google search of “Fiorenzato Pietro” only retrieved information of the founder and not the grinder.
Does anyone have any information on this grinder?
    Thanks

Google "pietrogrinders" - there is a dedicated instagram page and a website, not sure if the links are allowed and mods might remove it.

Looks super interesting, but with 58mm flat burrs this is going to take some muscle.

Wow! Very interesting. 370 Euros to pre-order means I can't really justify it on a whim. Hoping Lance, Kyle or The Hoff will review it in the near future and answer some burning questions around flavour and obviously grinding experience. Definitely a space to watch though.

Just saw Australian pricing on this. $639 that is about double the price of an 1Zpresso it better be good.

          That's still less than a Kinu M47.
