I have just bought one of these beasts. Typical story - dont really NEED a grinder this size, wasnt REALLY looking for one, but the opportunity popped up so.. well theres now one sitting on my kitchen bench.
The one I bought is new- or, rather, unused -appears it may have been used as a display model. At about the same price as a Lux, I couldnt NOT get it. :-/
Its a big grinder (compared to your average domestic unit, and sitting next to the Lelit!) - weighs 16kg, 63mm burrs, about 630mm high, and very solid. The hopper is 2kg - I dont think Ill ever fill a fraction of it - well, it is a commercial grinder (will think about substituting that with something else). Appears to be about the same standard as a Super Jolly. I havent used it yet (been looking at it, scratching my head about where to start
). Its an automatic, so I think Ill be using the on/off switch like a manual grinder.
Does anyone have any experience with these / know anything about them?
The instruction manual is in Italian (and appears pretty skimpy anyway). Ive done a bit of a google search and cant find one in English. Sent an email to Fiorenzato - havent heard back.
