I have the Eureka Mignon Specialita. I assume access is the same as the silenzio, but I am in after 30 seconds. I have an after-market single-dose hopper with bellows and with this I am very happy with all aspects of the grinder and grind. My one con is the portafilter fork which appears to have been an afterthought in terms of quality and construction.

Eureka Mignon Silenzio 50 Coffee Grinder
Pros include: comparatively quiet operation; good, consistent grind, and the unit turns itself off once beans have been ground. Cons include: lack of precision on grind size - easier once you have established a ballpark grind setting; cleaning is unnecessarily convoluted involving the removal of several screws. Access to the burrs is also problematic especially when the screws to the plate are so tightly attached that you can’t unscrew them without damaging the screw heads, which I have, and still can’t access the burrs. Anyone else encounter these sorts of issues with this unit. I’m not sure that I see too much difference between outcomes from different style burr sets - flat versus conical but for the minute I think I will retire the Eureka.
