Burr alignment - best practice

That video is the right level for home users. Actual best practice is getting into qualified machinist territory, not just on equipment and skills required, but also the working knowledge of how different measurement devices work best and what amount of error your particular method of measurement is introducing. I could buy a Mitutoyo dial indicator and arm etc set up, but I wouldn't be able to be particularly accurate in my measurements. If you can get an 80% wipe with a super light touch you're good enough to consider it aligned and won't be able to taste a difference to a 100% wipe.

I think the link you have already gotten is really good. I used that video when I bought my DF64 to check for alignment. I like it because you do not turn the grinder on and use the churp test which can potentially harm the burrs.

Burr alignment - best practice
I'm looking for any video or other training on best practice for burr alignment.
There is this one which looks good https://youtu.be/Gb3PgeQ6ewY but I have no idea if that's the best method.
There are some sort of micron measurement devices as well.
Any links for proven best practice type alignment methods will be gratefully explored.
Thanks.
