I like how it uses an electric element to heat from the bottom as well, this would theoretically allow you to do bigger roasts (more heat), or maybe he HAD to use the extra heat because there is nothing covering any part of the top to keep the heat in...

Still, having that running outside would be sure to get some interesting looks... (if the way you roast doesnt already...)
