Sumatra Panjang Mandheling..1100gms
I thought I would bite the bullet and give the TO a try at the 1Kg mark.
Starting weight 1100gm I wanted to have a finishing weight as close to 900gm and It turned out to be 904gm roasted.
I run the beans on Thaw to warm up to 50* then turned to full power it reached 100*3:52 then 150*8:47 in to F/C 191*17:40 the color change over the full roast was nice and even but I should have pulled a bit earlier then 215* as S/C started and they are CS C9--C10 I like my roast at C8--C9. Roasting time was close to 24:00 over all took a bit long to get to first F/C other then that not bad for the first time that I have roasted more then 600gm at a time ;D ;D
I will rest them for 4-5 day see how they go on degassing then in to the cup for the results ..
