I also generally roast ahead so I start consuming the new batch at day 5 to 7 post roast + a few extra days for the hard or dry African beans  

Sounds good KK I will start at day 6 with the new batch I have roasted and see how I go from there.

The TO does a great job and I cant get enough of the beautiful coffee it roasts

"Right on" it has been proven that you can get consistent roasts time after time and you can do your 800gms as easy as you can do smaller roasts with a bit of practice..
