Anyone else find the coffee tasting much better?
Yes
HEAPS
I have 2 of them.
I actually find it better than the popper and the Corretto, as do all the people I roast for. Every last one has made mention of the change from Corretto to Behmor and every comment has been positive.
Takes a bit to tweak to what you are looking for but price bracket? Killer.
It only costs a bit over 300 bucks so expect work arounds

Having used poppers for many years 10+ I didnt think Id ever upgrade. I was happy. Im glad the naive stage has past. The roasts from Behmor are more repeatable, and due to the style of roasting (convection rotisserie as opposed to fluid bed hot air style) the taste out of the Behmor is far, far superior. Im not alone in my social circle in regards to this opinion and often roast same beans to practically the same CS level for fun experiments. As a plunger both are almost equal with some lighter roasted varieties however... Like Yirg! Now.... off to get a life...
