You wont need luck Mich, just some time to understand what is going on... and pretty soon you will be kicking yourself that you didnt try home roasting sooner.

Its a great hobby and the results can be amazing.

My new Hottop Roaster B has just arrived, just in time for the weekend...even though it got delivered to the wrong building my helpful mailroom staff sent me in the direction of the adjacent buildings mailroom and all is well.

Thanks to the guys at Pullman, a great roaster, green beans and a great sample of freshly roasted Brazilian Pulped Naturals for my weekend coffee.
