Well today I took the TO and heat gun down to Coffee Roasters Australia so Mark could get a go at corretto roasting. I had to uses the TO base as I have used the motor from the BM in building this unit. We only did one roast so Mark could get the general idea on how it all works. The roast was 600g Sumartra taken to just before S/C cant state times the laptop would not run the software, couldnt get the USB working so we just used the Data logger. I recon all up it was about 15:00 min. CS C8-9 looks good but the cup will tell. Bottom line is that if your TO burns out and you have a heat gun handy your still in business and can keep roasting no problems
