Hi all,

After a comment from a visitor recently I realised I wasnt pre-heating the roaster enough.
Can anyone share what time and temp they pre-heat to. The roaster I spoke to said I needed to sit at 245 for 15 mins then 215 for 5mins then load the beans.
My usual amount is 3-4kg and usually only one roast.
I use the multimeter and temp probe from CS and also note the machine readout merely as a comparison.
