    Re: Sumbeam popper help

less beans is longer roast time (cooler)
more beans is shorter roast time (hotter)

increase air flow if you can , drill holes carefully in bottom of popper
and open up the shark grills a bit where the beans go.
and will need a chimney to stop beans blowing out with increased air flow.

most popper should be about 1200W, and need more airflow.

    ok

I now bypassed the switch thanks google.... but i still cant get it over 200deg.

Does bean qty = temp... i was trying to roast approx 80 grms will this control temp?

    Sumbeam popper help

    HI All

I did my first roast this morning in my sunbeam cornelius. It was going along nicely till 210 degc then the temp started to drop. I guess this is dur to the cut out switch? Can it be removed as i dont think it will get hot enough to roast my beans!
Working...
