I agree with you. It does sound interesting. The new i rosto that Andy is going to try out later also appears worthy of a look.

I was interested in the Hottop but at the price offered I cant see the value there. I know the numbers sold come into it, but it makes you wonder at the profit margins involved when Sweetmarias can offer it to their customers at around US$500 and in Australia the price will be US$800 plus freight.

I have been trying to find out where to source these from and when they might be coming in.

Les has some of these coming in mid - July.  

I know it is still a month to wait but it is easier to get help if you need it here in Oz rather than phoning the UK or wherever.

I am hoping in time there will be more businesses bringing roasting equipment in as it seems very scarce and people are going to great lengths to get this stuff in, doing customs clearances etc.  

It seems like a good machine.  I may well get one myself but havent committed myself - yet!
