Heres a close-up of my bean cooler.

It was custom-made in stainless sleel. A reverse vacuum is fed through the bottom and the beans agitate in the cylinder until they cool. Cooling to 30-40 degrees takes about 2 minutes - awesome ;D

Just spend a few min reviewing how far OR not some have come..

Ya have to start at post one (1) and review teh lot... Worth every min.

Have to say... Along with many; Brainiac has done some interesting work and the other roasting forums have noted this..

Now if he can just spit and polish and make it a 2kg system....

I need to inform you that a recently drafted and rushed through (ie in the last 2 minutes) CoffeeSnobs protocol requires that I fully inspect the newly acquired HG2. Im happy to donate some sacrificial offerings - provided they arent sacrificed beyond CS10 of course.

sounds like a plan. probably a month or two till its all set up. ill definitely let you know when shes ready to go.
