        Re: ROASTER ADVICE

Talk to Les Hawker, up at Coffeeroasters...he is a sponsor, and deals with Has Garanti roasters mainly. He should be able to give you some advice. Depending on what you want to achieve, there is a big difference in price and quality between the various brands.

The most important factor however, is your roasting skill. Any roaster (the machine) can produce good results, given an expert hand....

        Cheers,

        Chris

You could also talk to Serge at Go Barista

            www.gobarista.com.au

He is a master roaster and sells a range of commercial roasters (does training etc as well)
