I think you might need a trailer for the trolley. 20kg is quite small, but takes up a large amount of space, especially when you want it exposed to air, to allow the greens to breathe.
Im currently re-thinking my storage situation. Im using a hamr-lok workbench as a roasting station/green bean storage, and I just dont have enough storage for all my greens. If you keep your beans in a separate location, and all your roasting gear on the trolley, it might just do the trick.
