    Big congratulations Dennis

Thats one impressive looking roster there!

If its rated at 3kg what is the minimum you can roast in it?

Whens playtime at your place Dennis?
You know what Sullo is like, Dennis, by his own admission he cant look at a machine without pulling it apart. Dont let him near your new toy. Let me play with it instead.
    Perfect ;D

That looks very fancy indeed Dennis. I will be able to smell the beans roasting from my place
Uhm...Ill actually be making sure that doesnt happen Brett - but youll always be welcome to wander up and play!
I have no doubt of that Dennis. Anyone who is serious enough to buy a roaster like this one is not a person to do things by halves. So I am sure the exhaust system will be more than adequate.

Yes Framey - one and the same. It had been sold to someone in Melbourne who then had trouble with a landlord for their venture so opted out.

    Thats not the silliest question.

I think this is your new roaster... I took this photo at the recent Fine Food show. Greg had the range on show. The strong Aust $ has made these guys a good option.

Where will you drill a hole to insert the temperature probe?    ;D  ;D
