Just to remind everyone how much weve helped Dennis since his first post.

hi folks - joined late last week and have been to shy to post in case someone asked what type of machine I use...but feel much better now and should have my shiny new Giotto on Wednesday - thanks Chris...roll on Wednesday evening when I get it home...am sure I wont get any sleep that night

Uhm...Ill actually be making sure that doesnt happen Brett - but youll always be welcome to wander up and play!

I have no doubt of that Dennis. Anyone who is serious enough to buy a roaster like this one is not a person to do things by halves. So I am sure the exhaust system will be more than adequate.

Yes Framey - one and the same. It had been sold to someone in Melbourne who then had trouble with a landlord for their venture so opted out.

I think this is your new roaster... I took this photo at the recent Fine Food show. Greg had the range on show. The strong Aust $ has made these guys a good option.
