Ah -- well it seems then that Ive had a very lucky buy -- mine describes itself as a "Breadmaster Select" -- no info on Breville website, but it turned out to have a 25 minute paste knead stage.
<edit: should be "pasta", tho after 25 mins itd probably be paste ;D >
And we actually tried it out this arvo -- no modding -- just beans in, press start. Definitely my sort of machine (see related thread with pix -- just had to coz I was so chuffed

So what youre saying is, if I want bread *as well* (greedy greedy), Id better start hunting a spare pan...
