This is my settup.
Breville Bread Master Select ($41 ebay)
Ozito HGG 411K ($36[ish] bunnings with 3yr warranty)
Standing Fan (free from my back alley)
Flat cooling fan (upside down for suction, tape added around edges so it can only draw air through the cooling sieve) ($8 salvos)
Cooling sieve (springform cake tin which i already had, bottom replaced with a $1.50 splatter guard with handle cut off)
Bamboo bench (free from back alley)
No thermocouple (yet)
Total cost around $86.50 (and the bread maker still works as a bread maker, so my girlfriend is happy)

So i got my Corretto setup together. Heres some pics.
Started with 500g of MTE bin 549.
