Yup, thats what Im using. A 10 year old one though. As seen in my original Easy Hands Free HG post some others found that all Breville Countrys are not the same though. If you can ask how long it stays in `Dough mode for...........

Ive been watching one on Evilbay because it is in a suburb near mine and I am wondering if they have a long enough kneading time for coffee roasting.

It finishes in 4 hours so your advice is much desired!
