      Actually, a cone shaped SS mesh strainer would be quite effective.... Any Chef Supplier would stock them...

      I use a Desktop Fan, and a SS Mesh colander (20cm). Seems to do the trick...

        You mean a chinois? French term for a conical strainer, or chinese. Named as such because is resembles the conical hats worn by many in Asia.

            For what they are, theyre a tad bit on the expensive side.

            Youd probably be better off with a flour sieve at a fraction of the cost. If youre a bit creative you can create something with a bit of pipe and some metal flyscreen.
