      I have a added a outer pot to my TO it was a old base of a wet&dry vac I had it fitted perfectly over the insulation the I sealed it so as to keep the heat in,This is as per K Ks design I think very interesting result as per graph it dose the job Well holding the heat in at first run I thought the the TO was on its last legs as the data logger was reading low temps when I reach F/C but it turns out to be the thermal couple Luckily I had a spear and all is OK..

      Gra..

        Did 620g Sullys blend No. 3 for Bassway in this thread that consists of;

        255g PNG Plantation

        255g Indo Sumatran Mandheling

        110g Columbian Supremo

        Green Weight   = 620g

        Roasted Weight= 514g

        % loss = 17%

        First Crack =12:10 @ 196.9C

        Second Crack  =17:20 @ 215.4C

        Pulled  =17:25 @ 216C

        Roast went very well, bit lumpy toward second crack but well none the less, the profile and pics of the roast are below:

        Cheers
