    PS. Grinder was a as new Macap M5... Bugger and the Machine is like new and the GH do not even have any staining... Let alone scratches etc..

    Did 620g Sullys blend No. 3 for Bassway in this thread that consists of;

    255g PNG Plantation

    255g Indo Sumatran Mandheling

    110g Columbian Supremo

    Green Weight   = 620g

    Roasted Weight= 514g

    % loss = 17%

    First Crack =12:10 @ 196.9C

    Second Crack  =17:20 @ 215.4C

    Pulled  =17:25 @ 216C

    Roast went very well, bit lumpy toward second crack but well none the less, the profile and pics of the roast are below:

    I have a added a outer pot to my TO it was a old base of a wet&dry vac I had it fitted perfectly over the insulation the I sealed it so as to keep the heat in,This is as per K Ks design I think very interesting result as per graph it dose the job Well holding the heat in at first run I thought the the TO was on its last legs as the data logger was reading low temps when I reach F/C but it turns out to be the thermal couple Luckily I had a spear and all is OK..

    I am in the early stages (paper stage) of a 2.5KG fluid bed air roaster
    Its a Roaster Rob Design but I will add a few of my tricks to it

    hmmm sounds like a good idea, and thankyou for the input mal, i have noticed you recommending them in the past, just didnt really know how to approach it, prolly wont bother with it as im looking to make a gas roaster soon......KK? wanna engineer a 2kg gas roaster kit!!
