Yep, my times pretty much agree with lemoos, the longest roast time for the 7 roasts I have done of 312+ is 17 minutes with an average roast time of 15:42 (5:48 on the clock).
I normally do 300g roasts on either 1IbP4D or 1IbP2C. I have roasted 400g of MM with 1IbP2C and plenty of time on the dial and tasted sweet. I drink MM as a SO
I have just entered the realm of Behmor roasting with my Behmor purchased today and on its way
Im sure there will be people out there thinking Ive got rocks in my head but Ive always wanted to try one and Ive been really lucky in a financial way lately in saving money with buying second hand instead of new so new roaster here I come.
I also want to start experimenting with blending and it really cant be done successfully such small amounts as with what I do in the popper. The 300 gram amount will allow me to do that but also not roast too much that we dont use it.
Im looking forward to trying something new in the roasting department and seeing what happens.
having used the Behmor weekly for about 2 years I can vouch for it as the ideal way to roast at home. Certainly beats slaving over a barbecue contraption in the back yard in all sorts of weather.
No smoke, no chaff mess. I position it under the range hood which deals with fumes----there is no visible smoke except perhaps at the very end of the cycle but nothing noticeable.
The manual is pretty incomprehensible. And I should really experiment with the profiles.
The manual says something about 2nd crack happening at 3 minutes after first for a 1 lb roast.
I find that if I wait that long the beans would be charcoal.
I generally use P2, B, 1 lb. Thats an 18 minute roast setting.
With about 5 minutes left, its a matter of hovering near the roaster listed in for 1st crack.
If--as often is the case--it looks as though its going to go into the cool cycle before 1st ends, let alone 2nd starting, then I punch up more time in 15 second lotS.
BUT BE CAREFUL. Second crack will sneak up without a hiatus, and you still have 30 seconds or so to go, the beans will burn.
Overall, a neat unit which allows the convenience of home roasting without mess or fuss in the convenience of your own kitchen.
Ok here is my first attempt, after the sacrificial burning of the beans to season the roaster.
I used 350g of Ghimbi on 1 P2 C as suggested by a friend, at this stage Im open to trying anything so thought why not. 1C hit at 10:00 and 2C at 7:30 with 1C rolling into 2C.
I have to say Im fairly impressed already.
First question is, does steam normally come out of the door when closed, I noticed that the right hand top sits slightly out further than the left. Steam doesnt happen the whole way through, I think it was as it ramped up to 1C, it did stop after that.
Our voltage is between 242 and 249 when measured with a multimeter so Im guessing everyones roasting happens different depending on the volts they have in their house.
I cant wait to get the thermocouple in there and find out what temps Im getting.

Funny - you know when I was discussing with OH about buying the Behmor, after looking at a video I found, he said "it looks like itll be ok", second comment was "we can always modify it if it doesnt do what you want it too" ;D
He is very impressed that the Behmor appears to be a something that is always being improved upon with feedback from people that actually use it for more than just testing.
