had a good look around and couldn't find what I'm looking for. Thought I'd ask here...

I've been passed on an approx. 2 year old Behmor roaster that doesn't work. I can't find the exact issue that's wrong with it. I'm not very technical and don't want to stuff it up.

Whats the the best way it have this repaired? I live in Sydney.

If you don't have any luck there, I've heard that Behmor's staff are great and have a decent troubleshooting process; you could email them.

definitely give behmor tech support a shout
they should be able to troubleshoot the problem to try and find out what the issue is

Obviously if you have a vague idea of what it could be or what happened just before it stopped let them know

Provide as much information as you can when contacting them
