Re: First Roaster, what to buy...
Read the manual for the Behmor and have a few questions.
It mentioned the fact that it should not be used to roast beans with lots of chaff & also that the Behmor 1600 is not intended nor meant to roast coffee to levels known as Vienna, French, and Italian or darker. Is this going to be a problem? Will it limit the type of beans I can roast???
Also mentions a product for cleaning call Simply Green? Is this some US product that the rest of the world doesnt know about?
Also I noted this... "The standard cylinder that ships with the roaster is not designed for use with small bean types such as Ethiopian, Yemeni or blends containing either. A separate cylinder w/ smaller grid is available through your retailer for use with those bean types or blends". Is this different cylinder required and if so how much and where can I get it from.
Apart from that Ive read a few good reviews regarding the 240V model.
