Torre arrived today--still have to organise 20amp circuit and flu

Great looking machine Greenman, certainly hope it performs as well as it looks, the poor little Coretto sitting behind it looks a little unloved at the moment.

I think Ill be doing a few more on the Corretto while I learn how to use this new fangled piece of equipment

Thank god it arrived finally!
Your hair should grow back in no time now....maybe.  
I saw the pics of the Solar in Coffee-Techs website and they do look small in their lab, so im not surprised by your pic.
That coretto does not look too happy being pushed to the back of the table.
You are now at the pinnacle of your roasting career GM. Applause please.

did my first two roasts this afternoon after I finished setting up--
300g Ethiopian Gambella and 300g Indian plantation A Grade
reached 1C around 9min and 2c 14min CS 8ish--nice even roasts, great aromas coming from the cooling box--early days but lookin good will try and lengthen roast times next roast session!!

We have a Torrefatorre which will be in residence for a couple of hours on Saturday....

For CSers who would like a sticky beak, drop in at 10am for a brew...

As an after thought for those among us who have wondered about the Italian word (torre) I know I have (my espresso cups are by Torrefazione)

Perhaps with a bigger load at the same settings the times will extend.
I noticed you are using the DMM logger. Does the Terra come with its own?

Bigger batches coming soon, the DMM is from Corretto, Mark drilled the hole for probe before shipment
Did another roast last night, PNG Kimmel PB but missed first crack and they morphed into charcoal
