Stainless steel turbo oven

Hey all,

Just wondering whether anyone else has noticed the Mistral convection oven at Harris Scarfe?  It has a stainless steel bottom rather than the usual glass - was wondering whether it would be good for making a KKTO.  Its a bit pricey at the moment at $150 though....
