    Good idea KK but if I did that the cooling draw would have to be further out from the front of the frame and the drawer runner I used wont allow that.

    BTW, how wide are your blade set ??

    The blade in this version is fixed but has to be able to be dismantled to get the inner pot out. What Ive got works quite well but they are a bit of a pain to adjust.

      You only need a small brim like a hat/cap

      Approx 10mm from the outer edge of the roasting chamber
      I also prefer a little curve of the blade

      For adjustment what you need is an elongated hole on the top brace
      This is to facilitate slide adjustment of the lower blade as required
