  • Behmor issues - SOLVED!

    I purchased a new Behmor roaster from Andy a couple of months back. Unfortunately, on only the third roast, the bean container ground to a halt. I couldnt convince it to move no matter what I tried. It turns out that the little internal fan intended to keep the motors and electronics cool was never plugged into its power source.

    When I contacted Andy for help, his response was immediate and very helpful. On Andys advice, I also reported the fault to Behmor directly. They were also very quick to respond.

    I am writing this post to publicly thank both Andy and Behmor for their excellent service. I received new parts very quickly and I had all of the helpful advice I could wish for. I honestly dont know how either party could have offered better service. Thanks very much!

    My roaster is now back in full service. I did two roasts this morning and Im very impressed with my little roaster. Fantastic work guys! Thanks once again.
