      how many disks of ceramic insulation used for the bottom of the pot?

          Hi Charlie
          It depends on ones pot set
          The discs of insulation we supply can come in 2 thicknesses - 6mm or 12mm depending on our suppliers stock

          Our pot insulating liner uses - 3 of the 12mm or 6 of the 6mm

          However the insulation discs can be split or peeled easily for fine tuning
          Use as many layers required to raise or lower the false floor or the insulating liner level, to the height you require.
          You need to achieve the desired overall volume of between 7 to 9 litres

            Now the KKTO roaster is finished with bean cooler to its side.
