I'm not aware of any specifically but given its widespread use and number of discussions on it I would not be surprised if you found links to such video's in any of various threads in: Home Roasting - Tips, Tricks, Ideas

Andy,
Thanks for the replies. I wasn't aware of the manual. Appears very helpful. Can't wait to start using it.
Do you know if anyone has made a video using this data logger?

Thanks Javaphile.
Mike, I also answered the email that you sent this morning and I had said...
Changing to Fahrenheit:
Open preferences.txt in the Roast Monitor directory.
Find:
# Temperature scale - either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
temperatureScale=Celsius
Change to:
# Temperature scale - either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
temperatureScale=Fahrenheit
...but yeah, like the little green man said above, the manual is a great place to start for a whole heap of extra functionality in the Roast Monitor software.

Yes it is possible.
Halfway through Andy's post describing the Datalogger: http://coffeesnobs.com.au/home-roast...-software.html
You'll find a nice little section with a link to the software users guide:
Where on page 11 you'll find your answer.Roast Monitor User Guide
This excellent user guide was put together by CSr GrahamK and should help new users and existing ones get up to speed with the features pretty quickly.
450Kb Word Doc.

Thanks Graham* 8-)
