Hi all,
Have recently been given a Breville BB380 Big Loaf machine to replace my current dying corretto set up. I would really like to bypass the circuit board altogether and have a simple on/off switch for the motor. I have been DIY corretto roasting for about 8 years now and am absolutely committed to this simple but beautiful practice - however I have never modified the electrics of any of my bread machines in the past - so, I am a complete noob when it comes to this sort of modification. Any help would be very appreciated.
