If you don't get any better suggestions, get in touch with Behmor via their website.
They're great to deal with but you may need to register your Behmor on their website first if you haven't already.

Behmor Roaster Fault
Hi
Can someone provide me with advice on my roaster. It has suddenly stopped working. Fans and heating element all appear OK but there is no rotation on the drum. I did a pre-heat the other day when is was very hot and the roaster did not work thereafter. I thought it was the cutout protection from overheating but sadly it is still not working. No faults messages are shown. Where in SA can I take it for repairs or is this easily repaired by the home handyman.
