    Well, there's that 1 hole. Probably used for everything...

    The more I thought about it, if there are no design flaw, this should stand above and beyond the baby roaster. Similar batch size, cheaper, and most importantly air flow. Might be smoky though. IMHO, just judging it from the pictures.

    But the one I found sold the trier and hopper separately.

    There Is Extra Charge For Hopper and Probe Rod
    Hopper=$45.00, Probe Rod=$15.00
    Did a quick youtube search, can't find anything. I'd love to see it in action...

    Has anyone seen or tried the Kaldi home roaster ?

    Its a manual stovetop drum roaster that has shown up on Ebay,
    Has a 120mm dia drum , capacity 250gms, and a thermometer built in.
    Priced at $250 and made from all stainless and copper it seems a rival for the other mini drum roasters .

    EDIT
    I see they have a motorised drum drive version for $450 also
