I knew I was doing something wrong.....I tried to cook steak and onions in my Behmor.

You could try it in the corretto if you like bolognese I suppose.

Has anyone tried roasting in a BBQ using a perforated Stainless Steel drum on a rotisserie?

You can buy these for $200-$300.

Are they effective?

Does a BBQ get hot enough?
