I need advice on temp control for a recently purchased S-100CR EVERY roast I do turns into charcoal..greasy smoky charcoal..its a new machine with no info on the manul about resetting the roaster temp..Im wondering if anyone out there in the wonderful land of caffeine connoisseurs has any info I can use on the topic as Im sick of burnt offerings at the alter!
