If you a referring to the Behmor Connected, it will come with a premium price tag and an unknown availability date. Get the Behmor Plus and enjoy roasting now.

As an interested Behmor Plus buyer, can anyone tell me when design changes are expected? ie is it worth waiting for a new model?

12 Months until the "connected" model will be available here and when it does, there is a planned "upgrade kit" that you will be able to use to get a Behmor Plus up to the same spec.

No firm dates, no firm pricing, nothing exists yet... not even the first 220v prototype so I wouldn't be waiting. Start roasting now, and upgrade if you want when the connected is built for AU.

Personally I would just get a Behmor Plus and not worry too much with feature changes.

I have both Original Behmor and Behmor Plus. I love them both, and welcome new features of Behmor Plus but i am glad I didn't wait 3 years before purchasing my first Behmor.

Do it Geoff, it's fun, makes great coffee and save you heaps in the long run to fund your other coffee toys including the next Behmor Plus Plus whenever it is released [emoji1]

Done! And thanks to this great forum, I might just learn enough in the meantime to avoid that beginners' "flambe" experience! And yes, I will read the instruction manual - cover to cover!

Read also the other materials found on their website. They might not be included with your shipment. Bits of info that are from the original Behmor 1600 but some will apply to your new model as well. Happy roasting and don't forget the dry burn before starting your roasting journey.
