Are there co-roasting spaces in Australia?
How receptive would the market be to a concept like this?

It is slowly becoming more of an accepted practice, one of which I am all for!

Obviously runs with risks however nothing some good early assessments of potential users couldn’t mitigate, perhaps classes for those new comers that are incredibly green etc.

Co roasting spaces are a fantastic gateway to roasting your own coffee. I have heard nothing but good things about all sites mentioned above. Education, community and amazing coffee sounds like a great business model. I imagine these spaces will only become more popular as folks contonue to seek higher quality coffee.
